Rosalyn is one of the most friendly and helpful people I have ever met, and she is also one of the most knowledgeable realtors in the business! I came to Clearwater with no experience finding a home and she went above and beyond helping me and getting me into a fantastic home for a great price. I can not emphasize how helpful she was, I really was overwhelmed with finding a place and she laid out everything clearly and helped me make my decision. The company does mostly Business realty I believe, but Rosalyn does residential and I would never go with another realtor in this area! She guided me through every home we looked at and explained everything clearly and shared her expert advice which made making the decision much easier.
